The AGM is a crucial event for all clubs, providing an opportunity for all members to have their say in how the club is run, review the past year’s activities, and help shape our future. We will be discussing important matters, including:
Agenda Highlights
The meeting will follow the standard business of the Association, including:
- Apologies for Absence
- Minutes of the 2025 AGM
- Annual Reports: Updates from the Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and all officers.
- Election of Officers: All positions are open for nomination.
- Proposals: Discussion of any formal motions submitted by member clubs.
- 2026 Tournament Calendar: A look ahead at upcoming County Championships and League shoots.
We have plenty of opportunities to welcome new people to the committee, as we have many roles vacant and in order to move forward and get more recognised in the region.
If you wish to nominate a member for a committee role or submit a proposal for discussion, please ensure these are sent to the Hon. Secretary at [secretary@middlesexarchery.org.uk] by no later than Saturday, 24th January 2026.
We will be presenting certificates to all the archers who put record claims in. This is also a chance to meet several clubs and get to know each other, and get advice.
Voting Rights
As per the MCAA constitution, each affiliated club is entitled to votes based on its total number of members. Club representatives should ensure their voting delegate is identified at the start of the meeting.
Your participation is vital to ensure that the county continues to support all levels of archery—from grassroots clubs to our representative teams. We look forward to seeing you at the Harrow Arts Centre.
